Weight is always a problem when it comes to body image. I am not a fan of people that are "plesantly plump," but having a parent that is well overweight, and another that doesn't look it, but is, makes me consider what it must be like to be that way. I also get to see a lot of the emotional problems that occur because of their view of their own body image.

I think size matters when it becomes unhealthy for you. That is when your overweight and you’re still chewing down on Old McDonalds, can we say heart attack. However, I think it is very possible for many if not most overweight issues to be resolved. Eating right is the first step, and then you need to work out. Most people that I have met that say they are not happy with their wait, rarely work out. Working out isn’t just a one time a week thing, it’s an everyday or every other day thing. I have a good friend that was over 400 pounds, and now he is under 200, when I asked him how he lost all that wait, he told me that he just committed himself to eating right, and working out everyday. The problem is that people always think there overweight, a lot of the time there not.
